Sometimes You Just Need A Little Motivation

Its been a rough week so I thought I would share my newest Motivation tip.
1 key to believing in yourself is EXPERIENCING success (no matter how small) & nurturing that experience. Write a list of everything you do well & everything you have accomplished that your proud of. When in doubt look at your list to bring back a feeling of capability & strength.

I thought the first few days of my "new lifestyle" were the hardest EVER. but I'm doing better now. I think I just got into the habit of sticking something in my mouth.
I rally love that quote. I'm reading a self-esteem book right now that says that exact same thing and it really is true, I think.....hard to do sometimes, though. Sorry you've been having a rough week. Hope you have something to look forward to this weekend.

That is interesting...and I am surprised that something so nurturing came out of Jilllian's mouth! ;-) But seriously, whenever I feel small which is usually in a room full of people, I always try to evaluate the situation...I know the few things that I do better than most of the population, so I can say, "these people may be skinnier, etc, than me but I can do x better than them". That helps me stay focused and remember that I have merit.
